Things have been a bit trying around the convent lately. Anyway, we are off to Our Lady of Snows for two days. I may write a story or two while I am there. Some of the little trips I have been taking on is to a cave full of fairies and the seed box, what a beautiful cave...thank you Ginblossom.
I was recently taken on a wonderful, but dangerous trip by Lord Brydle...hunting kermit the frog...Cute and Green? NO! Large and green and DEADLY...I have yet to kill him myself.
In my wanders I have also found the cutest little wolf pups and their mother. I talked with her for some time and she was kind enough to allow two of them to come live with me...they now live on their own level of the temple and are both bonded. I call them Romulous and Remus. The trip to find the potted trees was quite an adventure and some of the things I found on the way I am still trying to figure out...like the stone tower with a shimmering "portal" sort of...on the roof...that appears as if it were a permanent discord...
Lord Bryndle recently took me to Ilshenar where he and his new pet dragon...growing by the Minute!...took on not just the huge red guardian of the dragon eggs, but an ancient wrym as well...and in the process convined me of the power of the ability to discord!
And after much trying with Lord Jason, and with Lady Ginblossom Hyrona...a was determined not to be beaten...I went back and after many deaths I managed to beat the savage chieftan...singlehandedly!!! That will make for a story or two...yes I know there are others out there who may say...oh yes...I have beaten the Savage Chieftan xyz number of times...however...this is my first...my VERY FIRST...uber lord...uber monster I have ever beaten...in UO...period...and so for me...it is a real milestone.
I didn't want anyone to think I had forgotten my reporting duties...I love writing about Nightmares and legends...
I also intend on going back and visiting once again someplace I consider to be one of the most disgusting places in the game...the very heart of the terathan temple!
