Ok ... I have the info here... apparently RunUO reset the worth of something you drink so rather than being full if you drink 2 pitchers of water now... it takes 4.
Each pitcher of water will give you 5 thirst points. You can fill up to 20.
Every 30 minutes 1 thirst and one hunger point are used.
Therefore, every 10 hours you will have to eat till your full and drink 4 pitchers of water.
I monitored two players today to get this information.
